✨ Full‑Time Foreign English Teacher | Training Center (Xi’an)
???? Location: Xi’an, Shaanxi
???? Contract term: 12‑month contract, renewable; 2‑month probation period
⏰ Working Arrangement
• 5 working days per week, 2 weekdays off
• Weekly total working hours: 35 hours
• Maximum 30 academic sessions (45‑min each) included within weekly working hours
• Schedule: 3 weekdays 14:00‑21:00 (60‑min meal break); 2 weekend days 08:30‑18:30 (60‑min + 30‑min breaks)
• Duties include teaching, lesson planning, student assessment, demo classes, marketing‑related teaching & occasional teacher substitution
???? Remuneration & Benefits
• Probation (first 2 months): 80% basic salary / month
• Regular period (3rd‑12th month): Base salary RMB12,000-13000 + monthly performance bonus RMB1,000 → total gross RMB 13,000-14000 / month
• Housing allowance: RMB 2,000 per month
• Overtime pay: RMB 60 net per extra academic session over 30 sessions weekly
• Extra session allowance applies for monthly sessions above 40
• Year‑end flight allowance: RMB 6,000 net, paid upon full completion of 12‑month contract
• Visa: Employer sponsors work permit & residence permit, covers China‑based visa processing fees
????️ Leave & Holidays
• Paid Chinese statutory public holidays (12 days per contract year, including Christmas)
• Scheduled reduced‑pay breaks: 2‑week summer break & 1‑week winter break (RMB 700 net per week during these breaks)

• Overtime teaching during reduced‑pay breaks will be compensated at regular weekly salary if intensive courses are offered
• Two‑year contract, extension available by mutual agreement
