Genesys APIs, Genesys Cloud CX, J2EE development, API Development, Genesys Cloud CX Developer\Architect with Softphone
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX
Experience in Genesy SDK
Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
Strong Experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
Experience in Genesys installation and configuration
Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Desired skills.:
Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration
Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
