We are seeking a Transportation Management (TM) Principal Consultant / Solution Architect to join our team. This role will involve driving the overall technical architecture, design, and continuous delivery for SAP S/4HANA TMS solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP Transportation Management configuration, SAP S/4HANA architecture, cross-functional leadership, and project management and a passion for optimizing logistics and supply chain systems.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP TMS Principal Consultant / Solution Architect to oversee the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA TMS. In this role, you will define system scope, streamline logistics workflows, collaborate with multi-geographic stakeholders, and guide software development methods across full lifecycle implementations. Periodic travel to distribution centers and plants may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical architecture, design, and software delivery for SAP S/4HANA TMS.
Modify, maintain, and configure complex TMS routines and enterprise architecture strategies.
Analyze business objectives and define functional/technical requirements from source to deployment.
Guide developers, manage project scope/risk, and serve as team lead across cross-functional matrix teams.
Define, test, train, and support functional areas within TMS and integrated ERP systems.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with long-term IT strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
Must-Have Skills: SAP S/4HANA TMS architecture, SAP TM configuration, Agile methodology, and stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Have Skills: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
