Job Title : Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Consultant

Location : Phoenix, AZ- Onsite

Job Description:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and KPI requirements.
Analyze end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance
Design business dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities.
Support business users during UAT, training, and solution adoption.

Oracle Expertise

Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance)
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
BI Publisher Technical Skills
SQL and complex query development
Data modeling and warehousing concepts
ETL / ELT processes
Data integration and APIs
Performance tuning and troubleshooting

Functional Skills

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes
Requirements gathering and solution design
Stakeholder management
Workshop facilitation and business process mapping

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation experience.
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
Exposure to Finance and Procurement analytics preferred.
Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.

Ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle Fusion AI/Gen AI capabilities.
Exposure to data governance and master data management.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
