We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners, demonstrate water filtration solutions, and help them make informed decisions about their water quality.
This position is ideal for individuals who:
Thrive in face-to-face, in-home sales environments

Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations
Educate homeowners on:
Water quality issues
Health and home benefits of filtration systems
Present and recommend custom water solutions based on customer needs
Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
Close sales and manage the process from presentation to installation scheduling
Maintain follow-up with prospects and customers
Represent Aerus Water with professionalism and integrity
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in B2B, Door to Door, or in home sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust quickly
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for in-home sales)
Reliable transportation for local travel
Uncapped commission structure
High-ticket product sales = strong per-deal earnings
