Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $43.57 - $46.57 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve enterprise BI support tickets through the CASE system, with the majority focused on Microsoft Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including:
o Power BI Gateway connectivity
o Report and dataset access
o Capacity and performance constraints
o Database connectivity problems
o Report design and implementation questions
o High system capacity usage
o Missing or misconfigured gateway drivers
o Platform level issues impacting availability or performance
